Many documents and webpages have been saved and copied onto a CDRom or 1GB Flash Drive for trainers to utilize when designing their postharvest training programs. The CDRom or Flash Drive includes photos and illustrations, demonstration ideas, training materials, reference manuals, and much more.
Training CD Rom or Flash Drive
The postharvest training CDRom or Flash Drive is updated each year and contains information on activities related to postharvest handling, packaging, cooling, shipping and storage of fresh fruits and vegetables.
The CD was first compiled in 2000 by Lisa Kitinoja as a volunteer effort and based upon her consulting work with Extension Sytems International and UC Davis. A partial list of contents of the 11th annual edition (recently updated for 2011):
